Technoforce is conducting a Grassroots Outreach Program to bring industry, government, and community stakeholders together to develop pathways from unemployment to good-paying careers in the Offshore Wind Industry. By developing a qualified, diverse, and equitable workforce from the existing population of socio and economically disadvantaged youth, unemployed workers, and veterans, together we can promote environmental justice, break the cycle of intergenerational poverty, and spur community economic development.

The Offshore Wind Clean Energy Workforce Development Project is funded in Atlantic, Cape May, and Ocean Counties by the Ocean Wind Pro-NJ Grantor Trust.
